Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the hotel was a mix of promise and disappointment. The location offers great access to the city, and I appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms. However, the amenities felt outdated, and service was inconsistent, particularly in terms of attentiveness. The dining experience was also lacking, which was a letdown given the overall expectations.
I had a pretty disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were not well-maintained, and the service left much to be desired. While the hotel has potential given its size, the management needs to pay more attention to the details. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary.
I have mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel has a rich history and beautiful lobby, but some areas feel like they need updating. The room was comfortable, but I struggled with the temperature control, and the bathroom had some issues. While the complimentary amenities were nice, the dining options were limited and not up to par for a five-star establishment.
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to navigate around the city. However, my check-in process was long and frustrating due to a lack of staff at the reception. While the room was adequate, it had its own issues with the layout and maintenance, which detracted from the overall comfort. Although the breakfast provided a decent variety, the service level did not meet my expectations.
The hotel is quite spacious and grand, making it an impressive sight. The proximity to consulates is a definite plus, but the aging facilities and maintenance issues were disappointing. Although I had a great sleep on a comfortable bed, the noise levels due to housekeeping were a bit intrusive. The breakfast spread was excellent and enjoyable. Overall, the value for money is decent, but the lack of hot water and maintenance issues need addressing.
